Wielkopolska Uprising Museum in Poznan

Interior visualizations

Visualizations: TRINN visual
Architect: WXCA
Location: Poznan, Poland

This project presents a series of high-quality architectural visualizations created for a museum development located in the historical region of Greater Poland, an area fundamental to the origins of the Polish state. The architectural concept draws inspiration from the earliest settlements and fortified communities where social and political structures were first formed.

The design is based on a composition of multiple building volumes arranged around a central open space, symbolically referencing early strongholds and settlements. This spatial arrangement reflects the idea of community as the foundation of statehood and serves as an architectural introduction to the museum exhibition, which explores the beginnings of Polish identity and governance. The concept aligns with the values expressed by Ignacy Paderewski in his 1918 speech, emphasizing national identity shaped through collective effort and civic engagement.

By dividing the building into several smaller forms, the architecture integrates seamlessly into the surrounding park landscape and the area of St. Adalbert’s Hill. The urban layout is carefully designed to respect the historic context, ensuring that the new museum structure does not compete with the adjacent historic church. Instead, the church becomes a key spatial and visual element of the public square, acting as a dominant landmark and a direct reference to the site’s historical significance.

Our photorealistic 3D architectural visualizations highlight the relationship between architecture, landscape, and heritage. The renderings communicate the project’s urban composition, spatial hierarchy, and symbolic meaning, supporting architects, cultural institutions, and investors in presentations, planning processes, and public communication.
