This project showcases a comprehensive set of professional architectural visualizations and photorealistic 3D renderings created for the revitalization of the mixed-use building in Germany. The visualizations were developed by our architectural visualization studio as a dedicated real estate marketing solution for a complex commercial renovation project.

Our scope of work included high-quality exterior and interior architectural visualizations, designed to clearly communicate the transformation of a historic building into a modern office and retail destination. The 3D renderings present the preserved historic façade, the newly designed central atrium, and flexible office layouts adapted to contemporary workplace standards.
