This collection of premium exterior visualizations presents a modern two-family house located along aresidential buildings located near the scenic hills surrounding Salzburg, Austria.
Designed to combine contemporary architecture with functional luxury, the project emphasizes spacious living, generous terraces, and a harmonious relationship with the surrounding landscape.
The buildings feature a distinctive material palette, with façades clad in concrete and black timber, creating a modern and elegant aesthetic. Large panoramic windows maximize natural light while framing spectacular views over the nearby hills. Each apartment enjoys private terraces with planters that enhance the outdoor living experience and provide seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity.
The outdoor spaces are designed for both leisure and wellness. A large landscaped garden connects the two buildings and includes recreational features such as a playground slide and a dedicated fitness area. These shared garden amenities create a vibrant community space while maintaining privacy for each residence.
