This project showcases high-quality architectural visualizations created for a contemporary hotel development, designed to respond precisely to its urban context and natural surroundings. The architectural concept optimizes the limited site conditions, forming a dynamic building volume without a defined front or rear façade, allowing the hotel to interact seamlessly with multiple city perspectives.
Along the main street, the façade integrates naturally into the existing urban fabric, creating an active pedestrian zone with café terraces, boutique spaces, and public amenities. The curved geometry of the building forms an inviting gateway and opens visual connections toward key city landmarks. On the river-facing side, large glazed surfaces establish a strong relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape, a feature clearly emphasized in the photorealistic exterior renderings.
A central design element is the lower-level atrium, which opens toward the river and introduces daylight and greenery into the building’s interior. The organically shaped façade enhances spatial diversity and gives the hotel a distinctive architectural identity. Our architectural visualizations accurately capture these complex forms, material transitions, and lighting conditions with a high level of realism.
The interior visualizations highlight a spacious hotel lobby with atrium views, retail and breakfast areas on the ground floor, and guest rooms arranged across multiple upper levels. A discreet internal connection links the hotel to the adjacent thermal spa, ensuring comfort and functionality. Sustainable features such as green roofs and photovoltaic systems complete the design.
These professional 3D architectural renderings support architects, developers, and investors in presenting the hotel project clearly and convincingly across planning, marketing, and sales phases in the DACH region.
