This project presents a series of high-quality architectural visualizations created for a new mixed-use development with a Raiffeisenbank Competence Center as its central element. The urban context is characterized by a combination of small-scale residential structures and larger commercial and service buildings, offering an ideal setting for a contemporary architectural landmark.
The site benefits from a prominent location near a roundabout, allowing the Raiffeisenbank building to become a strong visual anchor within the area. The masterplan divides the development into several individual volumes, creating a clear urban structure with inviting public spaces, green areas, and multifunctional plazas. These outdoor spaces are designed to encourage social interaction while maintaining appropriate distances to ensure privacy for office and service functions.
The buildings are defined by softly rounded façades, which add a sense of harmony and visual softness to the overall composition. Generous ground-floor glazing activates retail spaces, cafés, and public functions, while upper levels accommodate offices, medical practices, fitness facilities, and flexible working environments. Carefully designed cantilevers create covered outdoor areas that enhance pedestrian comfort and provide passive sun protection.
The Raiffeisenbank Competence Center itself is conceived as a compact two-storey volume, optimized for efficient circulation, daylight access, and clear separation between public and semi-public zones. Interior layouts reflect modern workplace concepts, featuring flexible offices, breakout areas, lounges, seminar rooms, and terraces overlooking the central square.
The material concept focuses on sustainability and tactile quality. A timber-hybrid construction system, natural materials such as wood, stone, and felt, and large glazed façades define both interior and exterior spaces. Our photorealistic 3D architectural visualizations highlight the building’s materiality, urban integration, and spatial quality, supporting architects, developers, and institutional clients throughout planning, approval, and marketing processes.
