This project presents a series of high-quality architectural visualizations created for the new headquarters of the Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark in Graz, Austria. The contemporary office building consists of a ground floor and four upper levels, designed to reflect modern workplace standards while emphasizing sustainability, functionality, and architectural elegance.

The building’s defining feature is its softly rounded corners, which give the volume a fluid and welcoming presence within the urban environment. The structure is based on a timber construction system and is complemented by a wooden façade, highlighting the use of renewable materials and sustainable building principles. Large window openings ensure generous daylight penetration into the office interiors and strengthen the visual connection between interior spaces and the surrounding cityscape.

Our photorealistic 3D visualizations showcase the building in both summer and winter settings, allowing the architecture to be experienced under varying lighting conditions and seasonal atmospheres. These contrasting scenarios emphasize the texture and warmth of the wooden façade, the clarity of the building’s lines, and the refined proportions of the office volumes throughout the year.
